Senator Therriault, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                   
the State Affairs Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE                                      
BILL NO. 58(L&C) "An Act relating to the calculation and payment                                    
of unemployment compensation benefits; and providing for an                                         
effective date." Without objection, the bill was referred to the Finance                            
Committee.
